Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is expired or defective
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened pet food packages
  • Used pet accessories
  • Grooming or hygiene products after opening
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Discounted or clearance items

For health and safety reasons, some pet-related products cannot be returned once opened.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be sent via the original payment method or mobile banking, where applicable

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and product photos.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to cover return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by our team
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
